How do I place an order with Cerantis?
Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at sales@cerantis.ch with your product interest, desired quantity and delivery destination. We will respond with a personalized quote within 4 business hours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 20 MT (metric tonnes) per product. For container shipments, we typically handle 20–2,000 MT lots. For smaller or trial quantities, please contact us to discuss options.
What payment terms do you offer?
[Payment terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. We offer flexible arrangements including advance payment, letters of credit (L/C), and other standard trade finance instruments. Terms depend on order volume and business relationship.]
What are typical delivery timelines?

Which Incoterms do you work with?
We offer flexible Incoterms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), CFR (Cost & Freight), and EXW (Ex Works). The appropriate Incoterm depends on your logistics setup and preference. We are happy to advise.
Can I request product samples?

How do you ensure product quality?

What is your cancellation policy?
