How do I place an order with Cerantis?
Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at sales@cerantis.ch with your product interest, desired quantity and delivery destination. We will reply within 4 business hours and follow up with a personalized quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 20 MT (metric tonnes) per product. For the chloride-free specialty and micronutrient fertilizers (potassium nitrate, potassium sulphate, magnesium sulphate, zinc sulphate) the minimum order is 1 MT (subject to product availability and delivery location). For container shipments, we typically handle 20–2,000 MT lots. For smaller or trial quantities, please contact us to discuss options.
Do you offer chloride-free specialty and micronutrient fertilizers?
Yes. Alongside the commodity fertilizers we supply potassium nitrate (KNO₃), potassium sulphate (SOP), magnesium sulphate (kieserite/Epsom) and zinc sulphate – chloride-free specialty products for fertigation, high-value crops and targeted correction of nutrient deficiencies. Minimum order 1 MT (subject to product availability and delivery location).
Are your fertilizers approved for organic farming?
Several of our products – such as potassium sulphate and kieserite – are in principle listed as inputs under EU Organic Regulation 2018/848. Approval depends on the specific grade and your certifier; we provide the required specifications and proof of origin.
What payment terms do you offer?

What are typical delivery timelines?
[Delivery timelines depend on product availability, origin and destination. European-origin products typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. Asian-origin shipments may take 4–8 weeks. We provide estimated delivery dates with every quote.]
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We offer flexible Incoterms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), CFR (Cost & Freight), and EXW (Ex Works). The appropriate Incoterm depends on your logistics setup and preference. We are happy to advise.
Can I request product samples?

How do you ensure product quality?
[All products are sourced from certified producers and undergo quality inspection. Certificates of analysis (COA) are provided with every shipment. We work with independent inspection agencies (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) upon request.]
What is your cancellation policy?
