How do I place an order with Cerantis?
Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at sales@cerantis.ch with your product interest, desired quantity and delivery destination. We will reply within 4 business hours and follow up with a personalized quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 20 MT (metric tonnes) per product. For the chloride-free specialty and micronutrient fertilizers (potassium nitrate, potassium sulphate, magnesium sulphate, zinc sulphate) the minimum order is 1 MT (subject to product availability and delivery location). For container shipments, we typically handle 20–2,000 MT lots. For smaller or trial quantities, please contact us to discuss options.
Do you offer chloride-free specialty and micronutrient fertilizers?
Yes. Alongside the commodity fertilizers we supply potassium nitrate (KNO₃), potassium sulphate (SOP), magnesium sulphate (kieserite/Epsom) and zinc sulphate – chloride-free specialty products for fertigation, high-value crops and targeted correction of nutrient deficiencies. Minimum order 1 MT (subject to product availability and delivery location).
Are your fertilizers approved for organic farming?
Several of our products – such as potassium sulphate and kieserite – are in principle listed as inputs under EU Organic Regulation 2018/848. Approval depends on the specific grade and your certifier; we provide the required specifications and proof of origin.
What payment terms do you offer?
We agree payment terms individually – depending on order volume, country of delivery and business relationship. Advance payment, letters of credit (L/C) and other trade finance instruments are customary.
What are typical delivery timelines?
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, origin and destination. As a guide: European-origin products typically reach you within 2–4 weeks, shipments from Asia within 4–8 weeks. We state the expected delivery date with every quote.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We work with the standard Incoterms® 2020 – including EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. Which Incoterm fits depends on the order, the country of delivery and your logistics. We are happy to advise and set it out in the quote.
Can I request product samples?
Product samples can be arranged for serious inquiries. Please contact us with your specific product interest and intended application, and we will discuss sample availability and logistics.
How do you ensure product quality?
Our products come from carefully selected manufacturers. The specification agreed with you is authoritative; you receive the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis (COA) with the delivery. On request we additionally arrange inspection by an independent inspection company (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas).
What is your cancellation policy?
You can adjust your request at any time until we issue our order confirmation. After that, changes or cancellations are possible by arrangement – depending on how far sourcing and logistics have progressed. Please get in touch as early as possible.
