Organo-mineral blends combine an organic nitrogen carrier with mineral components — the organic share supplies slow-release nitrogen and organic matter, the mineral share the immediately available nutrients and the exact NPK grade. Cerantis blends to your recipe: you define the nutrient target, the release profile and the grain size, we source the components and organise production, packaging and delivery. Typical applications are turf and landscaping lines, horticultural fertilizers and private-label products for distributors.

What does “to recipe” mean in practice?
You give us the target: nutrient grade, organic share, release behaviour, grain size and packaging. We check which components deliver that, calculate the formulation, source the raw materials and organise blending, bagging and delivery. You receive a specification sheet and retained samples for every batch.
Why combine organic and mineral nutrients at all?
Mineral nutrients act fast but are quickly leached; organic nitrogen acts slowly but reliably and builds organic matter. A combined product covers both the initial demand and the main growing period with a single pass — which saves applications and flattens the nitrogen curve.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We produce from 25 MT per recipe. Below that the setup and cleaning effort at the blending plant dominates the price. For recurring lines we recommend an annual volume with call-offs — that secures raw-material prices and production slots.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Private label including bag artwork, declaration and EU fertilizing-product labelling is standard for us. You supply the artwork and the brand requirements; we handle specification, labelling compliance and production.
How long does it take from enquiry to delivery?
Recipe development and quotation typically take 5–10 working days. From order confirmation, plan on 3–6 weeks depending on raw-material availability and the production slot — shorter for standard components, longer for certified organic raw materials.
